These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jazira platform operated by Jazira Pty Ltd ("Jazira", "we", "us", "our"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do

Jazira provides technology and workflow tools to help buyers and sellers facilitate dairy procurement. We are a party to agreements formed between users on the platform.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jazira. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Contact us immediately at hello@jazira.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jazira lawfully. Do not upload false information, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the platform.

4. Fees

Some services may incur fees. We will communicate pricing before you are charged. Payments are typically due within 14 days of invoicing.

5. Platform Rights

Jazira retains all rights to the platform. By using our services, you grant us permission to use content you submit as needed to operate the platform.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jazira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For claims related to a specific transaction on the platform, our total liability will not exceed three times the value of that transaction. For all other claims, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or AUD $10,000, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
